How?
Know who they are. Keep an eye on your competitors, ensure you are seen to be different, but don't be different just for the sake of it. Your unique selling point is only unique if your buyers want it more than anything your competitors can offer.
Remember there is always something that makes what you offer unique. What? Well whether you have a service or product it will be delivered by people, and each person's set of attitudes, skills and expertise IS unique.
